Berenberg Bank golf tournament benefiting the Franz Beckenbauer Foundation

Help for those who can not help themselves.
Since 1982 the Franz Beckenbauer Foundation is supporting people who have become involuntarily in need.
Convinced of this idea Voka created 12 large acrylic paintings by legendary personalities from the world of sport. Frank Stronach, a longtime patron and admirer of Vokas colorfull and dynamic artwork, did not hesitate to buy the series of paintings, so the donation could be supported with a significant amount for the Franz Beckenbauer Foundation at the Berenberg golf tournament .
In cooperation with Josef Kupetzius (Golf Interational Group) he created the book "LEGENDS". This state of art limited Sports Art edition is now available for Companies (minimum purchase 50 pieces)

  Elena Borodavkina, the wife of Dr. Alexei Borodavkin (Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation) invited Voka to Moscow for an international art project.
In his exhibition "MOSCOW - VIENNA" at the Künstlerhaus in Vienna Voka showed 80 paintings.It is like a meeting of two European cities - on the one hand the colored pulsating of the cities and the other, the harmonious grown classic of the respective city.

As part of the Luxury fair 2009 at the famous Hofburg in Vienna, Voka exhibited his paintings in the exhibition area of the design furniture studio Leo Schulmeister. Together with Gerhard Krispl he presented an artwork painted during the fair by Professor Ernst Fuchs at the main stage.

At this year's special exhibition LUST Voka and Petra M. Vogl proudly presented an evening of extravagance.

Exhibited were large photographs by Erwin Gabriel and acrylic work and sketches by Voka. Erwin Gabriel is a demanded photographer and filmmaker in the fashion and advertising world . As a special event, leather fashion designer Daniel Rodan and Paul Prinz from Berlin showed their fancy fashion. The hot leather lingerie, which were presented by international models on the catwalk, brought 400 guests to sweat.

On the evening of 19 September 2009 everything fit. The weather was perfect, gorgeous ambiance, a lot of satisfied guests, great art simply a special unique event .

Voka created especially for the Tennis Mercedes Cup 2009 the acrylic painting "serve" that was used as a motif for this year's posters. The painting was in the context of the charity event on 17.7.2009 auctioned to benefit the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. Chairman of the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation was Boris Becker.

The exhibition in Moscow will be in the museum "Krymsky Val" one of the most important museums of Moscow.
Dr. Claudia Schmied, Federal Minister for Arts and Culture, and Dr. Michael Häupl, Mayor of the City of Vienna, have the patronage for this event.
The film crew of Artstyle productionS under the direction of Erwin Gabriel followed the two artists Voka and Tatjana Vravrzhina with the camera in Moscow and Vienna.

Berelle Gallery and Voka have just returned from the exhibition of Voka's golf paintings at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida.  Both the show and The Place of Hope fund-raising dinner and auction were a great success !  Below, please see the photographs. While in the Palm Beach area, Elle and Bernhard Schiefer and Voka and his wife, Petra, visited The Place of Hope along with Larry and Marty Stephens, the chairs of the event.  Over 250 guests were in attendance at the gala dinner, and significant funds were raised for the operations of The Place of Hope, including a painting by Voka.

During the European golf tour, Voka exhibited his new golf paintings. He painted Colin Montgomery, the famed British golf professional for the Colin Montgomery Charity Gala at the Fontana Golf Club where the portrait was signed by Colin Montgomery and later sold at auction for the benefit.

Voka was recently invited to the Mercedes Cup tennis tournament held in Stuttgart, Germany to exhibit his tennis art work. At that event, he created a painting of Rafael Nadal which was signed by Rafael. This painting was the Grand Prize at the Laureus Gala, which took place in the Mercedes Benz Museum. Guests at the gala included Boris Becker, Rafael Nadal, Thomas Muster ,V. Klitschko and Goran Ivanisevic, among other great tennis players.

2007 PGA Merchandise Show / Florida
 


Berelle Gallery is launching its introduction of acclaimed Austrian artist, Voka, and his golf art at the 2007 PGA Merchandise Show. This show is the largest golf show of its kind and the most influential in the world.
The dates for the event are January 25th, 26th and 27th, 2007 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Berelle Gallery will be exhibiting Voka's golf art in the Discovery Zone.
